There are very few organisations providing assistance to migrants in Croatia and there is no organisation assisting specifically undocumented migrants. The three main organisations limited support can be obtained from are:

France > Regularization

The government has published November 28 2012, a regularisation circular. Contrary to what was done in the past, this is not a one-time adjustment (people can apply at one moment, and then it's over), this circular is of continuous application. We may as well submitting our application in six months, a year or more. This is important, because it is better to wait to meet the criteria to file his application.

Greece > Relocation

Relocation is the legal transfer of persons who are considered to require international protection (asylum and subsidiary protection) from one member state of the European Union to another member state after having been found eligible by the authorities of Greece. Until today, relocation has been completed for very few persons although the EU had announced high numbers already in 2015.

Netherlands > Regularization

You might be able to obtain a (temporary) residency permit in another way than asylum in the Netherlands. It is not very easy to meet all the requirements, but you could check out the following possibilities.
